Cross International's Privacy Policy

Cross International (CI) understands the importance of your privacy. We have created this privacy policy to satisfy your needs.

As we share our mission and offer opportunities to help the poor, Cross International may collect contact information to supply resources, tax receipts or develop other streams of communication.  This may include obtaining a record of your name, address, email, phone numbers and gift information.  We do this in the most secure ways possible – on our Internet website, for example, this includes using a secure form. Credit card numbers and other sensitive financial information are only used for the processing of the intended gift and are destroyed following this use.

Whether your information is obtained via the Internet, over a phone connection or through a printed piece, Cross International treats your name, address, phone number and email address as confidential information and does not rent, sell or give it to any other charity, business or organization.

If you provide your address, phone number or email address (by signing up for newsletters, SMS text messages, etc.), you may be contacted to resolve a customer service issue or you may receive information about the ministry and its programs from time to time. You will always have the option to remove your address, phone number or email address by contacting our ministry using our toll-free phone number (800-391-8545) or by making a request to

In these cases, following the link will take you out of Cross International's Internet site.

This Internet site or the web servers hosting the Cross International site may also utilize a program commonly called a cookie to track activity within our site and/or to record the IP address of visitors. The recorded IP address tells us which domain you visited from (for instance,, but not your email address or other private and personal information. We use the information we record to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer this website more effectively, and to gather broad demographic information about what countries and domains our visitors come from and their behavior on our site.

We sometimes also use third-party service providers to serve advertisements (banners, video or test ads) on our behalf across the Internet. These third parties may collect non-personally identifiable information about your interaction with us. This Privacy Policy does not cover the collection methods or use of the information collected by these vendors, as they have their own privacy policies and may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”).
